Charles R. B. (Chuck) Stowe is a Professor and an Attorney at Law, specializing in entrepreneurship at Sam Houston State University (SHSU). He also serves as the director of its Entrepreneurship Institute. His doctorate involved research in international finance and entrepreneurship. Dr. Stowe has 15 years of experience as a venture capitalist before coming to SHSU.
