Bijoy Goswami is the Founder of Bootstrap Austin, a vibrant open source community of 800+ members who believe in building companies the old-fashioned way - with little to no startup capital. The group has evolved into the Bootstrap Network, with chapters in multiple cities including Dallas, Boston, Washington, and Houston in the United States, as well as Pune and Bangalore in India. As CEO of of his own (bootstrapped) company, Aviri, Bijoy helps corporations that want to build more effective internal teams, guided by ideas on linking people based on their talents and passions outlined in his book, The Human Fabric.
